TravelEx 개인정보처리방침

TravelEx(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집·이용하는 정보

기기 안에만 머무는 정보
· 예약 이미지(항공권·바우처 사진): 카메라/사진 접근은 첨부 시에만 이루어지며, 이미지는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
· 여행 리마인더 알림: 기기 내 로컬 알림으로만 예약되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
· 서비스는 연락처 등 그 외 기기 내 민감 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

여행 일정·비용 데이터의 저장과 기기 간 동기화
동행 초대·공동 편집 등 협업 기능 제공 (동행에게 이름·프로필 사진이 표시됩니다)
주변 편의시설 탐색, 현재 위치 날씨 등 위치 기반 편의 기능 제공
여행 준비 리마인더 등 이용자가 설정한 알림 제공
오류 진단과 서비스 품질 개선

3. 보관 및 파기

이용자 데이터는 Google Firebase(미국 등 해외 리전, Google Cloud)에 안전하게 저장됩니다.
회원 탈퇴 시 계정 정보와 이용자가 소유한 모든 여행 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
다른 이용자가 소유한 동행 여행에 남긴 기록(지출 등 공동 데이터)은 해당 여행 구성원의 이용을 위해 그 여행에 남을 수 있으며, 이용자의 이름·프로필 연결 정보는 제거됩니다.
동행 여행에서 나가면 해당 여행에서 이용자의 참여 정보가 삭제됩니다.

4. 계정 및 데이터 삭제 방법

앱에서 직접 삭제: 마이 탭 → 계정 관리 → 회원 탈퇴
탈퇴 즉시 계정과 소유한 모든 여행 데이터가 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

이메일 요청: 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 sad960614@gmail.com 으로 가입 이메일을 적어 요청하시면 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 처리자·외부 API를 이용합니다.

Google Firebase — 인증(Authentication), 데이터 저장(Firestore), 오류 수집(Crashlytics), 익명 사용 통계(Analytics) · Firebase 개인정보 보호
Google AdMob (광고) — 광고 게재를 위해 광고 식별자·대략적 위치 (IP 기반)·기기 정보가 처리됩니다 · Google 광고 정책
Open-Meteo (날씨) — 날씨 조회를 위해 좌표가 전송됩니다. 계정 정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
OpenStreetMap (Overpass·Nominatim — 주변 탐색, 장소 검색) — 조회 좌표 또는 검색어가 전송됩니다. 계정 정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
Frankfurter API (환율) — 개인정보를 전송하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 데이터를 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 알림 수신과 위치 권한을 앱/기기 설정에서 거부·철회할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한을 거부해도 위치 기반 기능 외의 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

TravelEx ("the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how it is stored and deleted.

1. Information we collect

Stays on your device
· Booking images (tickets, vouchers): camera/photo access happens only when you attach one, and images are stored on your device only — never uploaded.
· Trip reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device.
· The Service does not access contacts or other sensitive on-device data.

2. How we use it

Storing and syncing your trip and expense data across devices
Collaboration features — companions on a shared trip can see your name and profile photo
Location-based conveniences: nearby places, local weather
Reminders and notifications you configure
Crash diagnosis and quality improvement

3. Storage & deletion

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Google Cloud, including US regions).
Deleting your account immediately and permanently deletes your account and every trip you own.
Records you left in trips owned by others (e.g. shared expenses) may remain in those trips for the remaining members; your name/profile link is removed.

4. How to delete your account & data

In the app: My tab → Account → Delete account. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email: if you can't access the app, email sad960614@gmail.com from your sign-up address and we'll handle it.

5. Third parties

We never sell your personal data. The Service relies on:

Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore database, Crashlytics, anonymized Analytics · Firebase privacy
Google AdMob (advertising) — processes the advertising ID, coarse (IP-based) location and device info to serve ads · Google ads policy
Open-Meteo (weather) — coordinates are sent to fetch weather; no account data.
OpenStreetMap (Overpass & Nominatim — nearby search, place search) — coordinates or search terms are sent; no account data.
Frankfurter API (exchange rates) — no personal data is sent.

6. Your rights

You can view, edit, and delete your data at any time, and revoke notification or location permissions in app/device settings. Declining location only disables location-based features.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
